'Cheongnyeon Talk Talk' is a place created by the city’s task force (TF) team reflecting the voices of young people. The first floor is designed as a communication space consisting of a coffee kitchen, reading room, and multipurpose space (exhibition hall), while the second floor is arranged as an activity support space equipped with a program room and shared kitchen facilities.

The operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and it is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The city plans to promote various youth projects through 'Cheongnyeon Talk Talk', including providing policy information, counseling by field, supporting youth club activities, one-day classes, and youth growth and achievement programs.

Meanwhile, about 70 people attended the opening ceremony, including Anseong Mayor Kim Bora, members of the National Assembly, provincial and city council members, the Anseong Youth Policy (Division) Committee, student councils of local universities, and local residents.

Mayor Kim Bora of Anseong said, "'Cheongnyeon Talk Talk' is expected to become a platform where young people can realize their dreams and challenges," adding, "We will do our best to discover and operate various customized youth programs in the future."
