The shareholding ratio of Ihwa-young, Chairman of Unid, decreased from 5.43% to 0%. Chairman Ihwa-young is the third son of OCI founder Chairman Lee Hoerim.
The company explained, "The change in the largest shareholder is due to a public tender offer for the transition to a holding company." It added, "OCI Holdings plans to complete the transition to a holding company system within the year and strengthen business competitiveness and discover growth engines under a stable holding company structure."
