Shinhan Bank announced on the 19th that it will operate a mobile branch at highway rest areas and provide financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing difficulties in management and fund operation during the Chuseok holiday.
Shinhan Bank will operate the mobile branch "Bangbird" at Hwaseong Rest Area (southbound) on the Seohaean Expressway from the 27th for two days, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The mobile branch offers simple services such as exchanging new bills and passbook management, and customers can also use automated teller machines (ATMs).
In addition, Shinhan Bank will provide funds totaling 15 trillion won (6 trillion won in new loans and 9 trillion won in loan extensions) until the 13th of next month to support SMEs temporarily facing difficulties in fund operation during the Chuseok holiday period. The new loan limit is up to 1 billion won per company.
