Gwangju Seo-gu Council Delivers Gifts to Welfare Facilities for Chuseok
The Seo-gu Council of Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 19th that it delivered consolation goods to 13 small welfare facilities in the district to spread a warm social community with neighbors in need ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
Chairperson Ko Kyung-ae said, "We prepared consolation goods to send messages of support and encouragement to those in difficulty during Chuseok," adding, "We appreciate the hard work of the welfare facility staff and will practice reliable sharing by listening to what is needed and providing support."
Meanwhile, the Seo-gu Council has visited social welfare facilities every year during holidays to practice neighborly love and encourage the staff.
