"Walk 150,000 Steps in 3 Weeks and Get BHC Coupons and Prizes, Apply Now"
The Harumanhacheon National Movement Headquarters, together with WalkOn, is hosting the ‘Harumanhacheon Walking Challenge Season 1’. The theme of Season 1 is developing a habit of walking during the commute in just 3 weeks. To form a healthy habit, it is necessary to practice for at least 3 weeks. By getting off public transportation one or two stops (stations) earlier on the way to work and avoiding escalators and elevators, you can walk between 2,000 and 3,000 steps even without additional walking activities. Including daily life and walking after work, achieving 10,000 steps a day is possible. We hope for many participants and interest in the walking challenge starting after the Chuseok holiday.
