Volvik Urethane Ball Condor "Performance for Tour Players"
3 Years of Research, Industry's First Application of White Carbon New Material
USGA and R&A Approval Completed for Tour-Use Certified Ball
Achieves 3.7m Longer Distance Compared to Competitors' Urethane Balls
The arrival of a new white golf ball.
Volvik, a domestic golf ball specialist company, has launched the performance urethane ball 'Condor' designed with a new white carbon material after three years of research. The name Condor is inspired by golf scores. It represents a score 4 strokes under par. Following birdie, eagle, and albatross comes the condor. On a par 5 hole, the tee shot must go in.
Volvik explained, "According to tests commissioned by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation's Sports Science Institute, it showed performance superior or equivalent to overseas famous brand tour player golf balls." It achieves 3.7 meters longer distance compared to competitors' urethane balls (based on Condor x 100 mph head speed). Condor is a tour-approved ball certified by the United States Golf Association (USGA) and The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews (R&A). Condor has a 3-piece structure, and Condor x has a 4-piece structure.
For the first time in golf balls, it applies white carbon new material technology used in premium tires. With high density and cohesion, it enables lossless energy transfer and prevents rubber aging. White carbon is used in the core and mantle. It possesses high-density elastic energy, gathering condensed power until the moment of impact and releasing it all at once.

The cover is wrapped with optimized soft casting urethane. You can experience both a soft hitting feel and stable short game performance simultaneously. The dimples are precise and combined in a perfectly symmetrical pattern to maintain consistent ball flight on every shot. Volvik emphasized, "While we have been represented as the 'number 1' color ball company, now is the time for a new change," adding, "We will lead the paradigm shift of existing white urethane balls with Condor and accelerate our global market expansion."
