Chinese Throw Glass Bottle at Chinese Embassy... What Is the Reason?
"House Fire Occurred but Proper Compensation Not Provided"
A Chinese man who threw glass bottles at the Chinese Embassy, claiming he did not receive proper compensation from the Chinese government, was caught in the act.
On the 16th, the Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 50s, identified as Mr. A, on charges of property damage and is currently investigating him.
According to the police, Mr. A is accused of throwing two glass bottles containing a substance presumed to be hair dye at the main gate of the Chinese Embassy in Jung-gu at around 10:45 a.m. that day. He was subdued by police officers guarding the embassy and handed over to the Myeongdong Police Station.
The glass bottles broke, causing the substance inside to splash and stain part of the main gate.

Mr. A, who came to Korea for travel, reportedly stated, "My house in Jilin Province, China caught fire, but I did not receive proper compensation from the government," and added, "I decided to commit the act from the moment I entered Korea."
