Lotte Wellfood Changes Material of 6 Product Types
Lotte Wellfood announced on the 15th that, as part of its efforts to promote eco-friendly packaging, it will change the spoon material provided with Naturo Mini Cup products from plastic to birch wood.

The products include six types: Mini Cup Green Tea, Strawberry, Vanilla, Choco, Peperita Mint Choco, and Nuts Cream with Espresso. Lotte Wellfood expects this plastic reduction activity to reduce about 5 tons of plastic annually.

Lotte Wellfood is reducing plastic usage by improving eco-friendly packaging materials in various ways. Previously, it replaced plastic cushioning materials and containers for products such as Custard, Eomma Son Pie, and Kancho with paper, reducing plastic usage by approximately 600 tons annually. In recognition of these efforts, it received the Minister of Environment Award, the grand prize at the 12th Green Packaging Contest.
