At the briefing session, Coupang’s overseas business managers will directly present the 'Taiwan Rocket Delivery' and 'Taiwan Rocket Direct Purchase' services to domestic SMEs. After hearing explanations about Coupang’s Taiwan expansion process and achievements, SMEs can receive export consultations from Coupang representatives at consultation booths. By filling out and submitting a consultation application form, they can receive additional guidance on export conditions and entry procedures.
Coupang launched Rocket Delivery and Rocket Direct Purchase services in Taiwan in October last year. Within six months, the Coupang app became the most downloaded shopping app locally in Taiwan, gaining tremendous popularity. For domestic SMEs, simply entering Coupang offers the advantage of easily accessing overseas expansion opportunities without the hassle of logistics, customs clearance, translation, customer service, and marketing procedures.
