Gwangjin-gu to Host 2023 Cheongnyeom Live Concert
On the 12th, a Integrity Concert was held at Naru Art Center for 500 employees... Delivering insights through vivid cultural and artistic content such as skits and sand art
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) held the '2023 Integrity Live Concert' to create a fair and trustworthy organizational culture.
The event, held on the 12th at Naru Art Center, was conducted as a large-scale integrity education session. Organized by Gwangjin-gu and hosted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, the somewhat challenging topic of integrity was presented in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner through cultural and artistic content.
First, following the opening ceremony, various cultural performances took place. The play "Manager Kwon's Regret," which depicted key points of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act through a skit, and the "Sand Art Performance," which highlighted the importance of integrity in daily life, captivated the employees and provided meaningful insights.
Additionally, anti-corruption education aimed at preventing power abuse was conducted. A professional instructor from the Integrity Training Institute provided valuable guidance on the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials.
On this day, over 500 employees from Gwangjin-gu Office, the District Council, and Gwangjin-gu Facilities Management Corporation gathered in one place, adding significance to the event. Employees shared their thoughts, saying, "Integrity is an abstract concept, but seeing and learning about it firsthand will greatly help in our public service careers."
Mayor Kim Kyung-ho stated, "Integrity and kindness, like two sides of the same coin, are the greatest virtues that public officials must possess," and added, "I hope everyone will do their best in their respective positions and actively work to make Gwangjin-gu a trusted district."
