Crystal Jade Presents 'Autumn Menu' Featuring Seasonal Ingredients
Singapore-style Chili Crab, West Coast Flower Crab Tangmyeon, Flower Crab Soy Sauce Marinated Fried Rice, Cereal Shrimp, and More
Cheonghae Jinmi Concept
Crystal Jade announced on the 13th that it will introduce a limited autumn season menu under the concept of 'Cheonghaejinmi'.
They have prepared four limited dishes using seasonal ingredients such as flower crab and shrimp: 'Singapore-style Chili Crab,' 'West Coast Flower Crab Tangmyeon,' 'Flower Crab Sauce Fried Rice,' and 'Cereal Shrimp.'
The flower crab used is from the West Coast, known for its rich roe and sweet flavor. The West Coast Flower Crab Tangmyeon, which combines fresh vegetables and flower crab, offers a spicy yet refreshing taste, while the Flower Crab Sauce Fried Rice, loved by customers every season, enhances the flavor of the crab sauce.
The famous Singapore specialty, Singapore-style Chili Crab, faithfully reproduces the local recipe. This season, chili sauce passed down from an overseas chef is applied to capture the unique taste and aroma of the region. Unlike existing chili sauces with a strong tomato sauce flavor, this sauce includes Thai basil and dried shrimp, offering an exotic and richly flavored chili sauce. Additionally, a differentiated recipe is applied to the cereal shrimp made with oats.
