JONGGA, a brand under Daesang, announced on the 13th that it will launch two new products called ‘Seaweed Salad Kimchi,’ which allows global consumers to enjoy kimchi with seaweed like a salad.
The new products come in two varieties: 'Red Spicy' and 'White Yuzu.' The Red Spicy version is made by mixing seaweed stems with red seasoned napa cabbage kimchi, perfect for consumers who prefer the authentic spicy flavor of traditional kimchi. The White Yuzu, a type of baek kimchi, combines the unique refreshing taste with the citrusy zest of yuzu, making it enjoyable for people of all ages and genders.
