Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Supports Prevention of Labor-Management Conflicts in SMEs
Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is promoting a 'Labor-Management Conflict Prevention Program.'
This is part of the workplace innovation project aimed at creating a 'good place to work and a good city for businesses,' which is a key initiative of the 8th term of the Gwangsan-gu administration.
The program consists of investigating and analyzing the current status of conflicts within companies, conducting surveys on employee perceptions, simulated collective bargaining, and case practice through role-playing.
The application period is until the 22nd, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises located in Gwangsan-gu that require conflict resolution within their organizations or are interested in improving labor-management relations.
