National Institute for Korean Medicine Development and Korea Health Industry Development Institute Join Hands for the Scientific Advancement of Korean Medicine
The National Institute for Korean Medicine Development (Director Jung Changhyun) announced on September 7 that it had signed a business agreement with the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (Director Cha Sundo) to promote the scientific advancement of Korean medicine and to facilitate the utilization and dissemination of research outcomes.
Under this agreement, the two institutions will establish an active cooperation system that includes jointly identifying and carrying out research projects and collaborative initiatives, exchanging human resources through training programs for the development of professional talent, providing technical support and expanding the utilization of research outcomes for research and development project management, and cooperating to promote the overseas expansion of medical services-including Korean medicine-and attract foreign patients.

We will do our utmost to strengthen the support system for the scientific advancement and industrialization of Korean medicine, foster evidence-based Korean medicine, and enhance the quality of Korean medicine services.”
