An anonymous donor living in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, left 50 million won along with a handwritten letter at the local administrative welfare center.

According to Suwon City on the 6th, at around 9:30 a.m., a middle-aged woman wearing a hat and sunglasses to cover her face quietly left a paper envelope on the civil service desk of the Welfare Administration Team at the Gwanggyo 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center and then left the center without a word.
The envelope contained bundles of 50,000 won bills tied with rubber bands and a handwritten letter.
The letter read, "I saved money from living expenses and accumulated 50 million won over several years through savings. I hope this can help families struggling due to COVID-19, even if just a little."
Suwon City plans to deliver the donation left by this woman to the Suwon City Social Welfare Council.
