Umi Construction to Launch Sales of 'Ulsan Daun 2 District Umirin' Next Month
Umi Construction announced on the 5th that it will sell 'Ulsan Daun 2 District Umi Lin' in the 'Daun 2 District B-2 Block' area of Beomseo-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan, this October. It is the first private sale apartment in Ulsan Daun 2 District.
The complex will be a large-scale complex with 20 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,430 households. A distinctive feature is that all households will have an exclusive area of 84㎡.
Daun 2 District is a public housing site developed by developing a site of 1,862,967㎡ in Beomseo-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan, and Daun-dong, Jung-gu.
