Gyeongnam Bank Changes Some Branch Names... Enhancing Customer Convenience
Changed to Jinju·Geoje Financial Center, Geoje Gohyeon Branch, Wirye Branch
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 4th that it has changed the names of some of its branches to enhance customer convenience.
The branches with changed names are Dongjinju Financial Center, Geoje Corporate Financial Center, Geoje Branch, and Seongnam Wirye Branch, which were renamed to Jinju Financial Center, Geoje Financial Center, Geoje Gohyeon Branch, and Wirye Branch, respectively.
In particular, Jinju Financial Center, the only financial center in Jinju, has strengthened its role as a regional headquarters.
Geoje Financial Center and Geoje Gohyeon Branch had their names changed to prevent customer confusion caused by the use of similar names.
Wirye Branch was renamed to strengthen business capabilities near Seoul.

Lee Jong-won, head of the Channel Operations Department, stated, “Due to changes in administrative districts and branch catchment areas, there was a need to rename some branches. The branch name changes will lead to improved customer convenience.
