POSCO Group, Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of the Year... Application Deadline Until the 19th
POSCO Group announced on the 4th that it will begin recruiting new employees for the second half of the year at POSCO, POSCO International, POSCO Future M, POSCO DX, POSCO A&C, and POSCO IH. Applications can be submitted through the POSCO Group recruitment website until 3 PM on the 19th, and applicants may apply to multiple group companies simultaneously.

Final candidates will be selected through an online aptitude test (PAT), followed by a first-round job competency evaluation and a second-round value fit interview.
POSCO International is recruiting for △ Sales (domestic and international sales, business development) positions, while POSCO Future M is seeking talent in △ Production Technology △ Equipment Technology △ Safety, Environment & Firefighting △ Planning Support △ Research & Development (R&D) △ New Frontier Convergence Talent roles.
POSCO DX is recruiting for △ IT and △ Planning Support positions, POSCO A&C for △ Design △ Architectural CM △ Plant CM △ Smart Housing △ Business Planning roles, and POSCO IH for △ Intellectual Property Solutions and △ Technology Information Research fields.
During the application period, POSCO Group will also conduct campus recruiting events for prospective applicants. Attendees can gain firsthand information about job roles and employment from senior employees. POSCO, POSCO International, and POSCO Future M will also hold online consultation sessions.
POSCO Group gives preference to candidates with volunteer experience, recipients of awards for heroic acts, and those who pursue the value of coexistence with a humble and respectful mindset. Candidates with experience in contests and startups, demonstrating ownership and responsibility to create organizational synergy through collaboration, are also favored. Additionally, those with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, Steel Challenge awardees, and holders of second foreign language qualifications will be given preference.
