Daegu Urban Development Corporation, 75,700㎡ Sale of Kumho Waterpolis Industrial Complex
Daegu City and Daegu Urban Development Corporation will launch the 6th sale of industrial land in the Kumho Waterpolis General Industrial Complex, located in Geomdan-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu, for two weeks from the 4th to the 17th. The scale of this sale includes 40 lots totaling 75,708㎡, consisting of 38 lots of manufacturing facility land covering 69,508㎡ and 2 lots of complex land covering 6,200㎡.
The supply scale by industry for the manufacturing facility land includes 9 lots for electronic information and communication (C26, C28), 7 lots for mechatronics (C27, C29), 6 lots for automobiles and transportation equipment (C30, C31), 6 lots for new materials (C24, C25), and 10 lots within the optical industry cluster.
The area of each lot of manufacturing facility land supplied this time ranges from a minimum of 999㎡ to a maximum of 4,313㎡, designed to meet various corporate demands, and the sale price per lot will vary according to characteristics such as location and shape.
Kumho Waterpolis, developed as an advanced complex combining industry, logistics, commerce, and residential areas through excellent metropolitan transportation accessibility and development plans linked to the scenic Kumho River waterfront space, is promoting the construction of access roads to establish a stable logistics transportation system and an industrial logistics linkage system with nearby 3rd, Seodaegu, Geomdan Industrial Complexes, and Isiapolis.
Once the completion of Urban Railway Line 4 is achieved, accessibility within the city center is expected to improve significantly. Accordingly, inquiries and interest in commercial, neighborhood living, and support facility land within the industrial complex are also increasing.
Applications for industrial land residency will be accepted on-site at Daegu Urban Development Corporation from the 18th to the 20th. Daegu City will select applicants through a fair and objective review process conducted by the Kumho Waterpolis Residency Review Committee, composed of experts in management, technology, and accounting, and plans to announce the final resident companies on October 4th.
