Mayor Lee delivered a congratulatory speech at the opening ceremony and visited each booth set up at the event to encourage the small business owners.
This 'Small Business Owners Traditional Games Hope Market' was planned by the Dongdaemun-gu Small Business Owners Association to promote local small business products, expand sales channels, and revitalize the local economy. The event featured traditional games such as Yutnori, marbles, and Jegichagi, along with product promotion and sales by small business owners, food stalls, and celebratory performances.
At the small business product sales booths, various items such as shoes, bags, wallets, belts, kitchenware, pillows, and red ginseng products were promoted and sold. The food booths sold noodles, hot dogs, tteokbokki, and more. The proceeds from sales will be used to help neighbors in need.
