Chosun University Successfully Completes 'Company Field Visits' to Support Student Employment Plans
The Employment Strategy Team at Chosun University announced on the 31st that they recently conducted a 'Korea Alps Co., Ltd. Company Visit' as part of the University Job Plus Center project, receiving great responses.
Korea Alps is a company recommended for recruitment by Chosun University, offering additional points in the document screening process for recommended hires, making it a company of high interest among students.
This program was conducted for 27 enrolled students and was designed to enhance practical company exploration and job understanding for students preparing for employment through on-site visits, mentoring by current employees, and recruitment briefings.
In particular, the mentoring by current employees was fully booked on the first day of recruitment, with 10 current employees participating and providing explanations about their roles, creating a heated atmosphere.

Lee Gyehaeng, Director of the University Job Plus Center, said, “On-site visits are programs that help students preparing for employment to directly visit companies they wish to join and establish their employment plans.” He added, “We will expand company visits that include various programs such as checking the work environment and company size, mentoring by current employees, and recruitment briefings.”
