G&Tech Holdings Co., Ltd. Launches Financial Product Risk Analysis Service 'Riskweather'
GNE Tech Holdings Co., Ltd. announced the launch of ‘Riskweather,’ a service that analyzes financial product risks.
GNE Tech Holdings stands for Generate Next Economy, symbolizing the creation of a next-generation economic system. It is a fintech startup providing core services for the new financial landscape transformed by technologies such as AI, big data, and blockchain.
The company’s first project, Riskweather, is the first service to directly offer risk measurement models used by investment banks and securities firms in the traditional financial system to individual investors. It presents analyzed risks in an easy-to-understand way by categorizing them into four levels, similar to a weather forecast. Specifically, it compares over 4,000 financial products to provide intrinsic risk ratings of assets and the maximum possible daily loss amount, while also creating a future risk index displayed in a weather forecast format.
Additionally, users can view the global risk map to instantly grasp the risk situations of various countries and monitor the risks of financial assets and stock indices on respective exchanges.
Notably, the RWI (Risk-Weather Index) is a proprietary risk index developed by GNE Tech Holdings, defined as the difference between CvaR and VaR at a confidence level α measured using the NTS-ARMA-GARCH model.
