Shinsegae Simon Premium Outlets Hosts 'The Gift Carnival'
Shinsegae Simon announced on the 28th that it will hold 'THE GIFT CARNIVAL' at Yeoju, Paju, Busan, and Siheung Premium Outlets from September 1 to October 3, targeting the season when demand for autumn outings begins to increase in earnest.
THE GIFT CARNIVAL is the largest offline shopping festival prepared by Shinsegae Simon, featuring a comprehensive experience of shopping, activities, and gourmet food. All locations will offer gift shopping benefits for the whole family, while outdoor spaces will showcase food trucks and unique pop-up stores.
Paju Premium Outlet will create an exotic F&B experience space in collaboration with famous domestic and international brands. At the pop-up store hosted by the global stout brand 'Guinness,' newly launched cold brew beer and a donut pairing product developed with 'Old Ferry Donut' will be introduced, along with foam latte art. The 'Ben & Jerry’s' ice cream truck will offer 12 popular products, and a photo zone for commemorative pictures will also be set up. The 'Go Pizza' food truck will serve two bestselling pizza menu items, with events and a photo zone operating alongside.
Siheung Premium Outlet will transform into a lively festival space targeting the MZ generation. Visitors can personally experience games and various content hosted by brands. 'Monster Energy' will set up an activity game zone matching its brand concept. Global F&B brands 'Ritter Sport,' 'Otside,' and 'Rio Mare' will each hold on-site events where customers can participate in games and receive gifts, with photo zones also provided. From September 15 to 17, the 'Tamiya Mini Car Festival' aimed at kidult enthusiasts will be held. Tamiya mini car kits, tuning parts, and RC cars will be sold, and a track for on-site assembly and driving experiences will be available.
Busan Premium Outlet will host a pop-up store with the Korea Football Association (KFA) at the Fountain Plaza area until October 3, marking the first collaboration with a local retailer. A 3.5-meter-tall white tiger mascot sculpture will be displayed, surrounded by a national team player photo zone, merchandise sales store, and experience spaces such as the 'Balloch Relay' game.
Yeoju Premium Outlet will open a pop-up with the global robot vacuum brand 'Roborock,' featuring a racing game experience zone and a photo zone certification event. From September 9 to October 3, the 'Gyeonggi-ro Land' pavilion will be presented daily in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization.
Special giveaways are also planned. Throughout September, customers paying with the 'Shinsegae Simon Samsung-Shinhan Co-branded Card' will receive a 5% Shinsegae gift certificate rebate based on the purchase amount. A one-time 30,000 KRW cashback will be provided for the first payment of 100,000 KRW or more with the card. The Shinsegae Outlet app will also hold an invitation issuance event.
