Busan Women's Center Announces Recruitment for 4th Term Course Students This Year
Operation for Busan citizens aged 18 and over from September 25 to December 30
Busan Women's Center will recruit students for the 4th term of the 2023 educational program starting September 4 to support economic activities such as employment and entrepreneurship, as well as skill development for working citizens.
This year's 4th term educational program will run from September 25 to December 30. The Women's Center plans to recruit 1,637 students for 83 courses in the 4th term program.
This program offers national certification courses such as ▲Korean Cuisine Cooking Technician ▲Floral Decoration Technician ▲Confectionery and Baking Technician, along with courses linked to employment and small capital startups like ▲Coffee Barista Level 2 ▲Cafe Cake classes.
Additionally, for working professionals, 'night classes' such as ▲Hair Shop Practice ▲Practical Chinese (HSK) ▲Video Editing & Production, and 'weekend classes' like ▲Popular Cafe Desserts ▲Photoshop will be offered.
The Women's Center has increased the enrollment capacity for ▲TOEIC and ▲Fun English Conversation courses from 20 to 25 students each, reflecting student demand.
Courses are open to all Busan citizens aged 18 and over. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis through the Busan Women's Center website.
Priority registration for socially disadvantaged groups such as basic livelihood security recipients will be held from 9:00 AM on September 4 to 6:00 PM on September 6.
General registration will take place from 9:00 AM on September 11 to 6:00 PM on September 22. Additional registration will be available after the program starts, from 9:00 AM on September 25 to 6:00 PM on October 6.
Kwon In-cheol, Director of the Women's Center, stated, "We hope this 4th term educational program will expand opportunities for citizens to learn and pursue employment and entrepreneurship," adding, "We ask for continued interest so that we can provide high-quality education reflecting citizens' needs and trends."
