120 Dasan Call Wins 'Korea ESG Award'

This is the first time a public call center and a Seoul Metropolitan Government-funded institution have won the Korea ESG Award.
120 Dasan Call Foundation was highly evaluated for establishing an ESG strategic system linked to the characteristics of public call centers, such as the regularization of remote work for counselors, specialized health management support for emotional labor, and customized job operations for career-interrupted women and middle-aged groups, leading the industry in social responsibility activities.
