Miryang-si, Rural Homestay Operators Must Attend Service and Safety Training
Enhancing Safety Awareness and Cultivating Service Spirit
Miryang City in Gyeongnam Province will conduct service and safety training to enhance safety awareness and cultivate service spirit for 265 rural homestay operators from September 7 to November 30.
This training is mandatory for rural homestay operators to complete annually according to the Rural Development Act.
The training is designed to foster preventive measures and response capabilities for various safety accidents, improve knowledge on guest services for diverse visitors, and enhance environmental and hygiene standards to create a safe and highly satisfactory rural homestay business environment.
The total training duration is 3 hours and will cover key topics related to rural homestays, including fire safety, general safety, food hygiene services, Q&A cases, management guidelines, and response methods for various situations.
The training will be conducted online to prevent infectious diseases and for the convenience of participants. Rural homestay operators can access the Korea Rural Homestay Association's cyber education system via PC or mobile devices to attend the training.
