The golf membership market continues to show a slight downward trend.
There is intense jockeying between buyers preparing for the fall season and sellers aiming to sell at good prices. Trading volume is slowly increasing. According to the Donga Membership Exchange on the 26th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 247.45 million KRW. This is a 0.21% increase compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high and high price ranges rose by 0.30%, the mid-price range by 0.04%, and the low price range by 0.02%.
The average price in the central region is 280.22 million KRW, up 0.25% compared to last week. The golf course prices in the Yongin area mostly remained stable or showed slight increases. Namseoul rose 0.35%, New Seoul 1.41%, and Castlelex Seoul jumped 3.17%. Ultra-high price memberships continue to show a steady upward trend. Nambu increased by 0.46%, Namchon by 0.50%, and East Valley by 1.04%. Team leader Moon Jong-sung said, "Since there are no listings, only asking prices are rising," and predicted, "As the fall season approaches, the power struggle between sellers and buyers will become more intense."

The average price in the southern region rose 0.03% from last week to 162.65 million KRW. Tongdo saw a slight increase of 0.61% due to increased buyer inquiries. Dongnae Benest rose 1.16% as accumulated purchase orders led to transactions. Daegu fell 0.70%, while Bayside rose 1.64%. Team leader Lee Yoon-hee analyzed, "High-priced memberships such as Bora and Jeongsan are experiencing a shortage of listings. Purchase orders are accumulating without transactions," adding, "The southern region membership market is gradually seeing an increase in trading inquiries but remains in a slight downward trend."
