Expectations for Improved Civil Service

In response, Yeongdeok-gun installed fixed tempered glass partitions that are resistant to external impact to ensure the safety of civil service officers. Additionally, to address communication difficulties that arise when elderly or hearing-impaired petitioners visit, a two-way microphone system, which has been in operation since February last year, will be used as a supplement.
Furthermore, Yeongdeok-gun conducts joint mock drills twice a year with the Yeongdeok Police Station to prepare for various emergency situations that may occur during civil complaint handling. Emergency bells directly connected to the police station have also been installed at all eup and myeon civil service counters.
They have also introduced ID case-type voice recorders to prevent unusual complaints in advance, implementing various measures to protect civil service officers.
