A Man in His 30s Caught Engaging in Indecent Acts While Peeping into a Semi-basement Room
A man in his 30s was arrested by the police for committing an obscene act while watching a woman living in a semi-basement apartment of a villa.
The Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced on the 23rd that they have requested an arrest warrant for Mr. A, a man in his 30s, on charges of trespassing and public obscenity for committing an obscene act in front of a villa in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
Mr. A is accused of climbing over a wall and entering the villa around 10:20 PM on the 21st, then committing an obscene act while looking inside through the window in front of the semi-basement residence.
It is also known that Mr. A wandered around the area until the resident of the semi-basement house came home.
