View original imageThe Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission has reportedly launched an investigation into additional allegations of misuse of a corporate card by Kim Hye-kyung, wife of Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea.
According to political circles on the 23rd, the commission received a related report from A, a former Gyeonggi Province public official, and assigned the case to the relevant department.
A claimed that when Lee was governor of Gyeonggi Province, he either ordered or tolerated Kim's misuse of the corporate card and that he himself embezzled public funds, reporting this as public official corruption to the commission.
