Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Announces Personnel Changes for 193 General Staff Members Effective September 1
Promotion of 92 and Transfer of 34... Kim Kwang-il Appointed as Grade 3 Deputy Director
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 23rd that it carried out personnel appointments for local government officials effective September 1.
The personnel scale includes a total of 193 people: 92 promotions (1 grade 3, 4 grade 6, 14 grade 7, 73 grade 8), 34 transfers, 14 leaves and reinstatements, and 53 new appointments.
Kim Gwang-il, Director of Jangseong Library, was promoted to Grade 3 Deputy Director and appointed as the Director of the Jeonnam Office of Education Student Education and Culture Center.
Director Kim is from Naju, Jeonnam, and has served as the head of the Personnel Team and Budget Team at the headquarters, as well as General Affairs Manager at Naju Library. He is recognized for his outstanding work ability and is well known for his leadership in guiding juniors within the organization and his rich administrative experience.
For the position of Director of Jangseong Library, Kim Jae-gi, Secretary of the Safety and Welfare Division, was appointed as the head of the Safety and Welfare Division at the headquarters; Kang Sang-cheol, Secretary of Naju Library, was appointed; and Jin Hyun-joo, Secretary of the Student Education and Culture Center, was appointed as the Planning and Management Manager of Naju Library.
This personnel appointment was made to timely allocate necessary personnel to frontline institutions experiencing operational difficulties due to leaves and retirements, and also included promotions of lower-ranking officials to higher ranks to boost morale.
