Samsung Display announced that it will participate in the 23rd International Meeting on Information Display (IMID), held for three days from the 23rd at BEXCO in Busan.
IMID is a global display conference held annually in Korea. This year, Samsung Display presented over 60 papers related to next-generation technologies such as micro displays and AI. It has the highest number of presented papers among participating companies.

It will operate an exhibition booth introducing innovative foldable technology and QD-OLED products to scholars and industry professionals from around the world.
Among the products showcased is the 12.4-inch 'Rollable Flex,' first unveiled at SID 2023 held in May. Other innovative products on display include the 17.3-inch 'Flex Slidable Duet,' which can expand the screen in both directions, and multi-foldables that fold in 'S' and 'G' shapes. The 77-inch 'QD-OLED,' released for the first time this year, will also be exhibited.

In the outdoor plaza in front of BEXCO, a special event will be held where visitors can experience the 'QD-OLED' picture quality while gaming.

A 4.5-ton truck converted into a mobile exhibition hall will be equipped with a 49-inch gaming monitor featuring Samsung QD-OLED. Visitors will be encouraged to experience the QD-OLED picture quality by playing Pearl Abyss's role-playing game 'Black Desert.'
