KG Mobility 2023 Labor-Management Agreement Signing Ceremony Held
The First Agreement in the Automotive Industry and 14 Consecutive Years of No Labor Disputes
On the 23rd, KG Mobility announced that it held a signing ceremony for this year's wage and collective agreement, which was the first to be concluded in the automatic startup industry the previous day. This wage and collective agreement was settled without dispute for the 14th consecutive year.
The signing ceremony held at the company's headquarters was attended by negotiation committee members including CEO Jeong Yong-won and Labor Union Chairman Seon Mok-rae, who signed the agreement.

Starting with a preliminary meeting in June, KG Mobility and the labor union reached a tentative agreement through 17 rounds of negotiations by August 1, which included a basic salary increase of 50,000 won and a special one-day leave for the employee's 60th birthday. Among the 2,865 union members who participated in the vote, 1,621 (56.57%) approved the agreement.
