Lotte Hotel "Double Points When Converted to Asiana Mileage"
Lotte Hotel & Resort announced on the 23rd that it has launched a double mileage accumulation promotion to commemorate its mileage conversion partnership with Asiana Airlines.
Until September 30, customers who convert Lotte Hotel Rewards points to Asiana mileage will receive double mileage benefits on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rewards points are points that can be used like cash at Lotte Hotel & Resort. Through this partnership, 25 Rewards points can be converted into 10 Asiana mileage points. Conversion applications can be made through the official Lotte Hotel app, and double mileage will be credited only on the first mileage conversion per account. The minimum conversion unit is 1,000 miles, and the annual conversion limit is 30,000 miles.
Additionally, a prize event will be held for Rewards members who convert 1,000 miles or more during the double mileage accumulation period. A total of 121 winners will be selected by lottery to receive points and prizes, including up to 100,000 Lotte Hotel Rewards points worth approximately 1,000 USD.
The free membership program, Lotte Hotel Rewards, has been revamped earlier this year to offer various benefits. Members can earn up to 10% of their spending by tier (Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum), and the validity period of points has been extended from 3 years to 5 years. The qualification criteria for the Silver tier, which offers more tangible benefits, has been lowered from 7 days to 5 days to reduce the promotion hurdle, and the upgrade frequency has been shortened from once a year to once a month, allowing members to enjoy higher-tier benefits starting the month after meeting the conditions.
Gold tier and above members receive benefits such as room upgrades, hotel vouchers worth 100 USD, and late check-out privileges, while Platinum members additionally enjoy free breakfast benefits.
