Korea Investment & Securities Signs Business Agreement with Construction IT Platform 'HowBuild'
Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement with HowBuild, an architectural IT platform and construction management (CM) company, to advance its real estate investment advisory services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
HowBuild is an online platform company that connects building owners, architects, and construction companies to manage the entire construction process, including contractor bidding and construction payment management. It offers services such as 'open competitive bidding,' which allows receiving construction estimates from over 3,000 construction companies, a 'construction management system' that manages construction progress and payments online, and a 'one-stop construction' solution where HowBuild handles everything from architectural planning to completion.
Through this agreement, Korea Investment & Securities' GWM (Global Wealth Management) will strengthen its real estate development advisory services by providing rational architectural design and construction management. It plans to expand real estate services for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth clients by offering customized premium architectural services.
