Healing Paper Publishes 'Gangnam Unni Nurida Report 2023'
Healing Paper, the operator of the beauty medical information platform ‘Gangnam Unni,’ announced on the 22nd that it has published the 'Gangnam Unni Nulida Report 2023,' a report containing the social value and policies of the Gangnam Unni service.
Through this report, Gangnam Unni defined three social value keywords delivered to the beauty medical market as Connection, Trust, and Expansion. Centered on each keyword, the report summarizes the activities and policies through which Gangnam Unni contributes to medical consumers, doctors, and foreign patients.
The title of the Nulida Report was chosen in connection with the company’s mission, ‘To enable everyone to enjoy better medical services.’ It broadly introduces ▲ Gangnam Unni overview and achievements ▲ value enjoyed by medical consumers ▲ value enjoyed by doctors ▲ value enjoyed globally.
Gangnam Unni provides transparent non-insurance hospital information to 5 million users in Korea and Japan. Artificial Intelligence (AI) analyzes individual concerns and demand areas to recommend suitable beauty medical procedures and offers mobile payment and real-time reservation functions. Gangnam Unni implements a three-step medical advertisement review policy and hospital penalty policy, detecting false hospital prices and fake reviews through an AI-based medical information review bot and 100% user post-monitoring.
Additionally, it offers 5,000 registered doctors a fair competition opportunity to enhance their reputation through consumer reviews. Seventy-five percent of hospitals registered with Gangnam Unni are small and medium-sized hospitals with three or fewer doctors. They can increase trust through actual reviews by providing high-quality medical services to customers. These small and medium hospitals paid an average advertising fee of about 350,000 KRW per medical advertisement per month as of the first half of the year.
In 2024, Gangnam Unni plans to expand its multi-country foreign patient attraction service. Since November 2019, Gangnam Unni has provided hospital information in Korea and Japan to Japanese patients and has grown 60 times in two years after entering Japan, becoming the number one platform there. Gangnam Unni plans to expand the number of foreign patient countries visiting Korean medical tourism and provide medical information services such as automatic translation of reviews.
