Woongjin Foods Launches Prune Juice 'Prune Booster'
Woongjin Foods announced on the 21st that it will launch the prune juice beverage ‘Prune Booster’.
Prune Booster is a new product introduced to offer a light day for consumers struggling with constipation. It contains prune juice concentrate made from prunes sourced from ‘Sunsweet’ in California, USA, and ‘indigestible maltodextrin’ to aid smooth bowel movements.
In addition, it contains patented probiotic lactic acid bacteria that help promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the body, and features the soft and sweet taste of prunes. The product comes in a 200ml PET bottle and is available in single, 3-pack, and 6-pack configurations.
Prune Booster can be found on various online malls and nationwide pharmacies. In particular, Woongjin Foods’ Naver Brand Store is offering special package discounts and special composition discounts to commemorate the launch until the 20th of next month. A limited quantity of 200 packages containing a 3-pack of Prune Booster and one Sunsweet dried prune will be sold for 100 KRW, and a 6-pack package of Prune Booster with one Sunsweet dried prune can be purchased at a 38% discounted price.
