At around 10:40 a.m. on the 17th, a man in his 30s driving a Ferrari passenger car on a road in Gyewha-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeonbuk, collided with a guardrail, causing the vehicle to catch fire.

Immediately after the accident, the driver evacuated, and although there were no casualties, the vehicle was completely burned, resulting in an estimated property damage of approximately 350 million won according to the fire department.
The fire was completely extinguished by the responding fire authorities within 35 minutes.
The driver stated that he slowed down to make a right turn at the accident site, but the vehicle rolled back, hitting the guardrail. Smoke rose from the hood, and about three minutes later, a large flame broke out.
