This settlement is significant as it was achieved before the summer vacation for the first time in nine years since 2014, when the company’s management faced difficulties, during the first negotiation after Hanwha Ocean’s launch.
In May, Hanwha Ocean’s labor and management signed a labor-management coexistence agreement, promising to cooperate for sustainable development and job security for employees based on mutual trust and understanding.
