BNK Busan Bank Launches 'Lucky7 Jeonse Loan for Newlyweds'
BNK Busan Bank launched the ‘Busan City Newlywed Lucky7 Jeonse Loan’ on the 14th to support housing stability for newlyweds and address social issues such as low birth rates.
This Jeonse loan targets newlywed couples without housing who are scheduled to move into public rental housing selected under the Lucky7 House support project operated by Busan City.
Newlywed couples married within 7 years can use the Jeonse loan up to 2 billion KRW within 90% of the rental deposit for up to 8 years upon childbirth. Interest-free support is provided for up to 7 years (Busan City subsidizes interest at an annual rate of 2.8%).
Korea Housing Finance Corporation provides full credit guarantees for the Lucky7 Jeonse Loan and applies a minimum guarantee fee rate of 0.02%, reducing the financial burden.
