Busan Office of Education Hosts 'High School Students Reading Debate Camp'
Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will hold the "2023 High School Student Reading Debate Camp" from the 19th to September 2nd at seven schools in different zones, with 210 participants from 35 high school reading debate clubs in the Busan area.

The camp will be conducted twice in each zone using a non-competitive reading debate format. Students will read two designated books with their club advisors before the camp begins, and during the camp, they will engage in questioning and debating together, experiencing the process of collaboratively solving life’s problems.
Jung Dae-ho, Director of Secondary Education at the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, said, “Now in its ninth year, this camp is leading the spread of debate culture across all schools in Busan,” adding, “It will play a significant role in nurturing students’ aesthetic sensibility and communication skills, helping them grow into future talents.”
