He thoroughly analyzed the actual site conditions and causes of the damage, and strictly ordered prompt actions such as allocating contingency funds for emergency areas.
In particular, regarding the situation where Changwoncheon Stream was at risk of flooding, the city prepared short- and long-term countermeasures for each affected area, including actively consulting with environmental organizations to promote dredging in the downstream section. He also ordered city environment maintenance, such as removing typhoon debris left scattered on roads.
