In the third week of August, a total of 6,661 households across 7 complexes nationwide will begin pre-sale.
On the 13th, Real Estate R114 announced that in the third week of August, a total of 6,661 households (2,872 general sales households) across 7 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale.
Major complexes include 'Raemian La Grande' in Imun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, 'Jinwi Station Seohee Star Hills The Parkview' in Jinwi-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi, and 'We Park The Central' in Pungam-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, where subscription applications will be accepted.
One model house is scheduled to open in Jigok-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk, named 'Gunsan Jigok Hanla Vivaldi 2nd Eunpa Lakeview.'
Samsung C&T will offer 'Raemian La Grande,' developed through the redevelopment of Imun 1 District at 257-42 Imun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Out of a total of 3,069 households in 39 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, 920 households with exclusive areas of 52 to 114㎡ will be available for general sale.
The complex is adjacent to Hyehwa Station and Sinimun Station on Subway Line 1, and Cheongnyangni Station is also conveniently accessible.
