Expanding Opportunities for Youth Field Training and Career Experience
The Changnyeong-gun Youth Training Center in Gyeongnam signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with Masan University on the 9th to exchange knowledge and technology necessary for the development of the local community through the establishment of an industry-academia cooperation system.
At the agreement ceremony held in the training center office that day, seven staff members including Professor Jang Seong-hee from the Hotel Barista Department of Masan University attended and discussed the healthy growth and development of youth, including youth career paths and field training, with the training center officials.

Through this agreement, the two institutions promised to promote cooperative activities necessary for institutional development, including ▲ joint industry-academia research and development ▲ professor field training and student field training, internships, and employment ▲ joint use of facilities and experimental and practical equipment.

Professor Jang Seong-hee of the Hotel Barista Department at Masan University said, “I am very proud of the youth who are passionately engaged in barista education in the region,” and added, “We will strive to increase opportunities for career experience and field experience for the youth using the training center.”
