Cho Min, daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, who has been indicted on charges of admission fraud, stated, "If there is any part I am responsible for, I will humbly take responsibility."
On the 10th, Cho said through her social media (SNS), "I heard the news of the prosecution's indictment through the news," and added, "I will attend the trial diligently."

Cho is accused of conspiring with her mother, former Dongyang University professor Jung Kyung-shim, to submit falsely prepared admission applications, self-introduction letters, and forged Dongyang University president’s commendations to the Busan National University Medical School Admissions Office on June 10, 2014, thereby obstructing the evaluation committee's admission screening duties. Cho passed the final selection after document and interview screenings.
