As non-face-to-face consumption became routine due to COVID-19, the online market has established itself as an essential distribution channel. Accordingly, the district prepared this opportunity to support small business owners' entry into the online market and strengthen their competitiveness.
The lecture was held with about 60 local small business owners attending, focusing on smart store setup and sales strategies. It covered the entire operation process from essential knowledge needed when starting a shopping mall to store setup, planning, advertising, sales, and shipping.
