‘Newlywed Lucky7 House’ Busan City, Recruiting Prospective Tenants for Purchased Rental Housing
Recruitment of 70 Prospective Tenants for Lucky7 House Purchase-Rental Housing from 21 to 24
Support for Rental Deposit Loan Interest and Monthly Rent for Up to 7 Years for Busan Residents
Busan City is recruiting prospective tenants for a total of 70 LH purchased rental housing units through the ‘Busan City Newlywed Lucky7 House Support Project.’
The ‘Lucky7 House Support Project’ is a program that supports newlywed couples residing in Busan by covering rental deposit loan interest and monthly rent for up to 7 years (6 years basic, with a 1-year extension upon the birth of a child).
The goal is to supply a total of 300 public rental housing units by 2026.
Last August, the city signed a business agreement with Korea Housing Finance Corporation, Busan Bank, Korea Land and Housing Corporation, and Busan Urban Corporation, and in March this year, it signed a detailed business agreement with Korea Housing Finance Corporation and Busan Bank to support tenant lease deposit loans and loan interest.
Applicants can apply online at the LH subscription center from August 21 to 24 by referring to the recruitment announcement for eligibility requirements.
After online application, document submission, and eligibility verification, the order of prospective tenants will be determined in December, and contracts will be signed according to separate guidance.

Mayor Park Hyung-jun stated, “The most burdensome part for newlywed couples at the start is securing a home,” adding, “Through the Lucky7 House Support Project and others, we aim to promote initial asset formation and housing stability for newlywed couples, helping them to dream of their family’s future and settle stably in Busan.” He also said, “We will make every effort to ensure that there are no setbacks in the planned supply of newlywed Lucky7 Houses.”
