Kim said with a smile, "My feet hurt, so my physical condition wasn't good, but the results came out well, so it's okay." She added, "Because there was no pressure, I think I was able to score better." She continued, "I played very well today, so I hope to carry this good feeling into the AIG Women's Open," and expressed her determination, "I want to finish next week with good results as well."

This is her second consecutive win following last week's major, the Amundi Evian Championship, marking her fifth career victory, with a winner's prize of $300,000 (approximately 390 million KRW). She erased the disappointment of last year's runner-up finish and became the first this year to reach three wins.
