Saewool Nuclear Power Plant Launches Summer Energy Saving Campaign for Ulsan Citizens
Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Saewool Nuclear Headquarters is conducting the ‘Save Energy This Summer, D.U.O’ event for Ulsan citizens to participate in a campaign to save 1 kWh of energy per household per day.
The event encourages reducing the use of cooling devices (Down), unplugging unused electrical plugs (Unplug), and turning off unused lights (Off). Among those who save electricity usage in August, the month with the highest power consumption, compared to July, 200 people (100 from Seosaeng-myeon, Ulju-gun, and 100 from other areas of Ulsan) will receive souvenirs on a first-come, first-served basis.
