70s Suspect Arrested for Killing Lodging Owner in Gwangju
A man in his 70s who killed the owner of a lodging facility after an argument was arrested at the scene.
The Gwangju Dongbu Police Station announced on the 2nd that they have apprehended Mr. A on suspicion of murder and are investigating him.
Mr. A is accused of stabbing and killing the owner, Mr. B (early 70s), with a weapon at a lodging facility in Gyelim-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, around 11:35 a.m. that day.
It was investigated that Mr. A committed the crime after having an argument with Mr. B.
It is reported that Mr. A had been renting the lodging facility for about three years.
